For our client - a US-based company focused on AI-powered platform and developer solutions - we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support delivery operations across engineering and AI-related initiatives.

This is a full-time remote role with long-term potential. Since the team is US-based, candidates should be available to collaborate within Central or Pacific time zones, including partial overlap with US business hours.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day delivery across technical and developer-facing projects
Facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies, including standups, planning sessions, and status meetings
Track milestones, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks
Ensure follow-up on action items, ownership, and deadlines
Prepare weekly status reports and delivery updates for leadership
Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking
Support execution across AI platform and engineering initiatives
Improve team coordination and delivery visibility in a fast-paced environment
Work with delivery and project management tools such as ZenHub, Jira, and Smartsheet

Requirements:

4 - 7 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Coordination, or Agile Operations
Experience working with software development, platform, or technical teams
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-changing environments
Technical understanding sufficient to follow engineering discussions and identify delivery risks
Experience facilitating Agile or Kanban ceremonies
Strong written English and ability to prepare clear project documentation and reports
Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Availability to work with US-based teams in Central or Pacific time zones, including regular overlap with US working hours
