SAP SD Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, while collaborating closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams, including integration with EWM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP SD implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
• Configure core SD functionalities including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI and logistics, including MM/EWM where relevant) to ensure seamless integration across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SD processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, EWM) to ensure end-to-end process alignment (order-to-cash)
• Prepare functional documentation and user training materials

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD implementation and support
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes including sales order processing, delivery, and billing
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of SAP EWM and its integration with SD – Advantage
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA – Advantage

Language

• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
