Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Expert to support our organization in optimizing billing operations and empowering our billing team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in BRM systems with strong communication and training skills, ensuring the team can effectively manage the billing system to support the company's billing processes and help organize and adapt billing team processes and tools to the new billing system.
This role is designed to ensure the billing team not only has access to the right data but also the skills and confidence to use it effectively, with the BRM expert acting as both a technical authority and a trainer.
Responsibilities:
System Expertise

Strong expertise in Oracle BRM, with special focus in the following areas

Product Design Center (PDC): configuration for realtime and offline events

Integration: Development of opcodes and expose them as REST APIs to manage complex simple and complex billing hierarchies

Product Catalog configuration (Oracle Price Design Center, PDC)

Invoicing: Invoice, Receipts and Credit Notes templates design (Oracle Analytics Publisher, OAP)

Billing Operations: bill cycle execution, financial reporting, troubleshooting

Participate in the design and implementation of complex business and technical requirements, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with Oracle's best practices.

Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform evolution to keep the system resilient and cost-efficient as the business scales.
Training & Enablement

Develop and deliver structured training programs for the billing team.

Create user guides, documentation, and best practices tailored to non‑technical staff.

Conduct workshops and hands‑on sessions with billing team
Operational Support

Collaborate with IT and Finance to streamline billing processes.

Provide guidance on troubleshooting billing discrepancies and customer disputes.

Recommend improvements to workflows, reporting, and data access (including use of replicated databases for secure read‑only queries).
Requirements:
Must-Have

Proven technical expertise in Oracle BRM for 3 or more years.

Strong knowledge of SQL and database query optimization for large datasets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to train and mentor non‑technical staff.

Familiarity with billing operations, financial reporting, and compliance standards.

Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate level).
