Salesforce Architecture: Deep expertise in B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and Core Platform (Sales/Service).

Technical Stack: Advanced LWC, Apex, Salesforce CMS.

Integration & Data: Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi), integration patterns.

Security: Solid grasp of OAuth flows, SSO, and Role-Based Access.

Discovery & Presales: Expert in technical gap analysis, effort estimation (SOW), and Deep-Dive technical demos.

Methodology: Strong command of Agile/Scrum and DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Gearset/Copado/GitHub Actions).

Soft Skills: High-level stakeholder negotiation, presentation.

Certifications: Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect, Application/System Architect, and/or others.

Responsibilities

Presales Leadership: Provide technical validation for sales cycles and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Solution Design: Lead end-to-end architectural design, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.

Technical Discovery: Facilitate workshops to assess "As-Is" processes and define "To-Be" technical roadmaps.

Documentation: Produce and maintain high-quality architectural artifacts (ERDs, System Landscapes, and TDDs).

Stakeholder Management: Negotiate technical trade-offs between bespoke customisation and OOTB functionality with business owners.

Delivery Oversight: Manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful go-live for commerce transformations.
