QA & Testing Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the iOS QA/testing team with clarity, urgency, and uncompromising standards.

Define what needs to be tested, when, and how — prioritizing with sharp intuition and strategic judgment.

Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed; you are hands-on, not a spectator.

Review and elevate test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation to ensure consistency and excellence.

Use Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and other tools to validate APIs, flows, and integrations.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure perfect releases.

Own the bug lifecycle: identify, log, prioritize, and verify fixes across sprints and releases.

Drive release readiness — no release goes out without your approval.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in iOS QA or mobile testing — with at least some experience guiding or mentoring others.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, test case creation, and release workflows.

Hands-on experience with Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and mobile debugging tools.

Exceptional ability to set priorities and determine what truly matters to meet aggressive deadlines.
