Now we are looking for a person with a passion for talent acquisition. You’re creative, goal-oriented and always follow through on projects in a timely manner, from beginning to end.
In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle technical talent acquisition function, and serve as a primary stakeholder to build best-in-class, diverse teams.
You’d be a good fit if:

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

You are a high-energy individual with a strong track record of managing the full-cycle recruiting process;

You have 1+ years in IT recruiting

You flourish in fast-paced environments, identifying your own opportunities for success and iterating tightly on feedback;

Your English level is at least intermediate.

Experience with LATAM, Europe, Asia, CIS recruiting will be a plus
Responsibilities

Build successful hiring pipelines for different technical/ non-technical positions;

Compose job descriptions, establish a referral network;

Devise a talent strategy that aligns with our overarching business needs and reaches top, diverse talent across functions;

Conduct pre-screen and HR interviews;

Provide analytical reports to the team lead;

Drives & maintains a high standard of brand representation as it relates to recruitment events and our hiring processes.
