FSM Expert – Developer-Focused
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Expert with a strong technical and development background to join our client’s team in the telecommunications domain. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating FSM solutions to support large-scale Telco operations.
Responsibilities:

Lead FSM solution design and implementation with a focus on technical integrations and scalability.

Develop custom modules, scripts, and backend logic to meet complex business needs.

Integrate FSM systems with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms via APIs and middleware.

Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing FSM functionalities and integrations.

Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of FSM-related applications.
Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with FSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce FSM, ServiceNow FSM, IFS, Oracle, or equivalent).

Solid understanding of Telco operations — scheduling, dispatch, workforce optimization, asset management, etc.

Strong programming and integration skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL).

Experience with custom workflows, automation, and system extensions.

Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

English fluency is required.
Will be a plus:

Prior experience with Telco BSS/OSS systems.

FSM vendor certifications or training credentials.

Background in microservices or enterprise integrations.
