Founded in 2014, our client is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Austin, Texas, with additional offices in Israel. With around 200-250 employees worldwide, they help companies streamline their revenue operations through a unified, low-code all-in-one Revenue Platform that includes CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), DealRoom (digital sales rooms), and Subscription Billing. 

With an amazing customer-oriented approach and sharp minds, the Support team helps  customers with their technical problems and finds the right solution for them.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast, professional, and personal support to our customers worldwide.

  • Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video calls.

  • Provide application support on our platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms.

  • Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved.

  • Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided.

Requirements:

  • Have previous experience as a Support Specialist in Saas B2B companies.

  • Have proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation.

  • Be familiar with business applications and CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc.)

  • Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Be bold, ambitious, and make things done.

  • Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach.

  • Have prior experience with SQL queries.

  • Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology/ Information Systems).

  • Be a great team player!

  • Be Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

  • Based in the EU (must).

  • Willingness to work with EST time zone (which means 14:00 – 23:00 CET).
