Customer Support Specialist

Founded in 2014, our client is a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Austin, Texas, with additional offices in Israel. With around 200-250 employees worldwide, they help companies streamline their revenue operations through a unified, low-code all-in-one Revenue Platform that includes CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), DealRoom (digital sales rooms), and Subscription Billing.
With an amazing customer-oriented approach and sharp minds, the Support team helps customers with their technical problems and finds the right solution for them.
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist, to join the Support team and provide world-class support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide fast, professional, and personal support to our customers worldwide.

Work on a ticket system and communicate with the customers via emails, phone calls, and video calls.

Provide application support on our platform, mainly on configurations and integrations with other CRM platforms.

Do troubleshooting and ensure each ticket has been solved.

Make the customer satisfied with the solution and support provided.
Requirements:

Have previous experience as a Support Specialist in Saas B2B companies.

Have proven experience with CRM integrations and implementation.

Be familiar with business applications and CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot / etc.)

Have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Be bold, ambitious, and make things done.

Think out of the box and lead a surprising problem-solving approach.

Have prior experience with SQL queries.

Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology/ Information Systems).

Be a great team player!

Be Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Based in the EU (must).

Willingness to work with EST time zone (which means 14:00 – 23:00 CET).
