About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Expert specializing in low-code configuration, workflows, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of FSM principles and experience in configuring systems to support Telco operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain FSM workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.

  • Streamline field service processes using low-code/no-code tools and platform features.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure FSM solutions align with operational goals.

  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing FSM configurations.

  • Support deployment, training, and documentation activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with FSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce FSM, ServiceNow FSM, IFS, Oracle, or similar).

  • Hands-on expertise in low-code/no-code configuration – workflows, forms, dashboards, and automation rules.

  • Good understanding of Telco field operations and workforce processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

  • English fluency is required.

Will be  a plus:

  • Familiarity with FSM integration concepts and API-based data exchange.

  • Experience with cloud-based environments.

  • FSM certifications or vendor-specific training.
