Business Development and Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity Services)
For our client, a European company in the cybersecurity sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Specialist to develop, promote, and sell cybersecurity services, including SOC, Managed Services, MDR, penetration testing, security audits, and compliance services (DORA, NIST, ISO standards).
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for the growth and promotion of cybersecurity services.

Actively sell cybersecurity services to clients in the B2B sector.

Build and lead a sales department from the ground up, including hiring and training staff.

Initially take full responsibility for marketing tasks to ensure successful promotion and positioning of services.

Identify and develop new opportunities for cybersecurity products and services.
Requirements:

1. Professional Experience:
a. Proven track record of launching and scaling cybersecurity services or products from scratch.
b. Experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
c. Strong understanding of managed security services and the cyber security market.
d. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
e. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
f. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
g. Established network of contacts within the information security industry.

2. Knowledge & Skills:
a. In-depth understanding of SOC, Managed Services, penetration testing, security audits, and compliance frameworks (DORA, NIST, ISO, PCI).
b. Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies for B2B sales.
c. Fluent English (both written and spoken).
d. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
e. Team-player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
f. Experience in EU markets.
g. Experience in the US market will be an advantage.
