Our partner provides Databricks-focused consulting, supporting one of the largest companies in Europe that builds end-to-end AI solutions. Their clients span banking, insurance, and other enterprise sectors, where they implement scalable AI-driven data platforms and pipelines.

About the Role:
We are looking for talented Senior Data Engineers to join the team and support the development of data-driven solutions. The role focuses on building and optimizing Databricks-based data pipelines that can handle large, complex datasets and power enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust Databricks PySpark pipelines for production
Work with large-scale data to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize data workflows and infrastructure on cloud platforms
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the engineering team
Participate in Scrum and Agile development processes

Requirements:

5+ years of experience developing, designing, and implementing scalable data architecture solutions in complex environments
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Proven experience delivering Databricks PySpark pipelines into production
Solid hands-on experience with Databricks
Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience working with large datasets and building robust pipelines
EU-based candidates only (must)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly at both logical and conceptual levels
Fluent in spoken and written English
