Now we are looking for a high-performing Middle Sales Development Representative to help our Sales Team to sell services in US, Canada, EU markets.
 

Role Mission

Support our sales team by consistently generating high-quality leads from the US, and European markets. Your main goal is to initiate conversations with potential clients and qualify them before passing them on to the Sales team.
 

Success Outcomes

  • Regularly meet individual targets for qualified intro calls.

  • Execute targeted prospecting campaigns and maintain an accurate, segmented leads list.

  • Keep data organized and updated, with no dropped leads.

  • Actively participate in feedback sessions and contribute to outreach strategy improvements.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales lead generation (cold outreach).

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM, and outreach tools (Apollo, Clay, etc.).

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written & verbal).

  • Strong skills in prospecting, campaign building, and data research.

  • Proactive attitude, high self-awareness, and hunger for improvement.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Launch personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

  • Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers.

  • Build and test outreach hypotheses for different ICPs and segments.

  • Handle initial outreach conversations, qualify interest, and pass warm leads to Sales Manager.

  • Maintain up-to-date lead statuses and notes in CRM (Pipedrive).
