Salesforce Tech Lead
Our client provides cutting-edge insurance software solutions through the only born-in-the-cloud, data-driven insurance management platform built on Salesforce. Their platform empowers brokers, agents, and coverholders to manage tens of millions of policies across 23 countries—accessing real-time data from any device, at any time.
Now we are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join their dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will not only have strong technical expertise in Salesforce but also demonstrate proactive leadership, excellent communication, and proven experience managing teams and task delivery using Scrum methodology.
Responsibilities
Team & Project Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.

Guide team members through project planning, execution, and delivery, following Agile/Scrum methodology.

Take initiative in solving technical and organizational challenges, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.

Analyze and document client needs to formulate effective Salesforce solutions.
Data Migrations:

Plan and execute data migrations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Utilize Salesforce Data Loader or other tools for efficient data transfer.
Configuration and Customization:

Configure Salesforce to meet client specifications using declarative tools.

Implement and manage various Salesforce features, such as workflow rules, process builder, and validation rules.
Flows and Processes:

Design, build, and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flow.

Implement automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Integration Management:

Work on Salesforce integrations with other systems.

Utilize tools like Salesforce Connect, external objects, or middleware for seamless data exchange.
Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce applications.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing tasks in a Scrum/Agile environment.

Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards.

Solid understanding of data modeling, migration, and integration techniques.

Salesforce certifications (Admin required; additional certifications are a plus).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
