They leverage AI for content generation and prioritize speedy implementation to launch models quickly. Their ambitious goal is to scale to multiple 7 figures in monthly revenue by the end of 2025, managing 50+ models, and establish a full in-house recruitment system.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations (HOO) to lead the agency’s operations, streamline processes, and drive the aggressive growth targets. Based in Ukraine or Eastern Europe, the HOO will oversee managers across different departments: chatting, account management, content, and social media teams. Addressing communication bottlenecks and building streamlined workflows. This role requires expertise in scaling operations, implementing automations, and motivating remote teams. The HOO will report to the co-CEOs and have significant decision-making authority as the agency grows.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee managers of chatting (32 chatters), account management, AI content generation, social media, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high creator performance. Implement KPIs and a daily reporting structure to hold each team accountable.

Process Optimization: Identify and resolve inefficiencies, particularly in content delivery workflows, by implementing automations and project management tools to enhance team coordination.

Strategic Scaling: Develop and execute plans to scale operations to support 100+ models and $5M/month revenue, including optimizing recruitment, marketing, and onboarding processes.

Performance Analytics: Establish and track KPIs (e.g., creator revenue growth, fan engagement rates, operational efficiency) to drive data-driven decisions.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations while supporting revenue growth.

Team Motivation: Lead and inspire a remote, global team, fostering collaboration and accountability across time zones.

Time Zone Coordination: Work a hybrid schedule with 4–5 hours of overlap with the PST time zone, ensuring availability for key meetings and real-time collaboration.

Compliance: Ensure operations align with OnlyFans policies and regional regulations, maintaining high standards for fan engagement and content management.
Qualifications

5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in digital marketing, creator economy, or social media industries (experience in adult entertainment not required but must be comfortable with the industry).

Proven ability to scale operations and optimize processes in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Strong problem-solving, team motivation, and adaptability skills to navigate dynamic agency challenges.

Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) and implementing automations (e.g., Zapier, CRM integrations).

Proficiency in data analytics to track KPIs and drive performance improvements.

Fluency in English for effective communication with global teams.
