Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Solution and Advanced Analytics Business Analyst who will also act as a Project Manager for data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence, data modeling, data warehousing, and modern cloud-based data solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to delivery, with a strong focus on Azure technologies, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Data Solution and Advanced Analytics projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visual analytics using Power BI and QlikSense.

• Develop data pipelines and integration flows using Azure Data Factory.

• Utilize Azure cloud services and Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.

• Design and optimize data models and data warehouses; oversee source-to-target data mapping.

• Leverage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) to build and manage digital tools that support business needs.

• Apply AI technologies and frameworks to develop predictive models and automate analytical processes.

• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in all data projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in data solutions and analytics.

• Proficiency in Power BI and QlikSense for developing advanced dashboards and reports.

• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and Data Fabric architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks.

• Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and database management.

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).

• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and implementing predictive analytics models.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in large-scale, global environments is a plus.
