Global Front-End Capability Lead

We are looking for a Global Front-End Capability Lead for our client.
Founded in 2003, the company is a global technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation, data management, and AI-driven solutions. They focus on enhancing customer experiences and providing secure IT infrastructure. The company also offers expertise in Salesforce, UX/UI design, and loyalty programs, aiming to accelerate business value through integrated technology and industry insights.

Requirements:

• Power BI Certification (PL-300) is mandatory.

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of 5+ professionals in analytics or related roles.

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and enterprise-level architecture design.

• 3+ years of enterprise-level experience with Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, ADLS).

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, including Python and SQL for analytics.

• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling principles.

• Demonstrated ability to design and govern enterprise Power BI Architecture.

• Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, PowerShell, and KQL is highly desirable.

• Overall 10+ years of professional experience in data and analytics roles, with global exposure preferred.

• Exceptional expertise in Power BI architecture and design.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ data professionals, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering professional growth.

• Architect and implement scalable Power BI solutions, ensuring alignment with global business requirements and technical standards.

• Define and govern global best practices for Power BI architecture, including report development, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with the Global Data Solution Architect to integrate front-end analytics with Azure Data & Analytics and Databricks platforms.

• Design and oversee Data Warehousing and Data Modeling strategies to ensure efficient, future-ready reporting structures.

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric and PowerShell to automate and streamline analytics workflows.

• Employ KQL for advanced analysis and diagnostics across global deployments.

• Advocate for innovative technologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

• Engage with global stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
