Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for our client.
Founded in 2003, the company is a global technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation, data management, and AI-driven solutions. Requirements:

5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with a focus on cloud migrations or system modernizations.

Proven experience managing development teams, ideally with expertise in:

Microservices, event-driven architectures, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Linux environments, relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB).

Caching systems, queuing systems (Celery, RabbitMQ), and scalable web architectures.

Unit testing, TDD, Git workflows, and eventual consistency principles.

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches) and their application in complex migration projects.

Excellent communication skills in technical English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Familiarity with real estate management systems or similar enterprise applications is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for lift-and-shift migrations.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and CI/CD pipelines.

Background in real estate technology or property management systems.

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project management of the lift-and-shift migration for the real estate management system, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate and manage a team of around 20 developers

Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with SDLC best practices, ensuring clarity and accountability across teams.

Facilitate effective communication between developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technical dependencies, scalability, and system performance during the migration.

Monitor and report on project progress, using tools like Jira, to track tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and a passion for learning among developers.

Drive adherence to defined processes, ensuring the team follows established SDLC principles and version control best practices.

Manage context-switching effectively to address shifting priorities while maintaining focus on critical deliverables.

Ensure all documentation, including technical specifications and migration plans, is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
