Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts by representing the company at conferences, online events, and other networking opportunities. This individual will accompany our management team, including C-level executives, to events, initiating conversations with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and building a robust client database. This position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for networking, and a strong ability to create meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:

Event Attendance & Client Engagement:

Represent the company at industry conferences, online events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

Accompany C-level management to events and act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to establish rapport and introduce our services.

Identify and connect with decision-makers, including C-level executives.

Lead Generation & Database Management:

Proactively identify and contact potential clients through various channels (event interactions, LinkedIn, email, etc.).

Build and maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Pre-qualify leads and hand them over to the Business Development Manager for further discussions.

Strategic Outreach:

Customize outreach approaches based on client profiles and anticipated business needs.

Serve as an icebreaker in client communication, creating opportunities for deeper engagements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to plan and implement strategies targeting diverse markets and segments.

Maintain activity logs in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and provide regular updates on lead generation efforts.

Analyze and report on outreach effectiveness, providing insights to refine future campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B IT services.

Proven ability to engage with high-level executives and build professional relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools and strategies.

Experience working in US and EU markets is a strong advantage.
