We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth in the US, Canada, and EU markets.

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts by representing the company at conferences, online events, and other networking opportunities. This individual will accompany our management team, including C-level executives, to events, initiating conversations with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and building a robust client database. This position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for networking, and a strong ability to create meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Attendance & Client Engagement:

    • Represent the company at industry conferences, online events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.

    • Accompany C-level management to events and act as the initial point of contact for potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to establish rapport and introduce our services.

    • Identify and connect with decision-makers, including C-level executives.

  • Lead Generation & Database Management:

    • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through various channels (event interactions, LinkedIn, email, etc.).

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

    • Pre-qualify leads and hand them over to the Business Development Manager for further discussions.

  • Strategic Outreach:

    • Customize outreach approaches based on client profiles and anticipated business needs.

    • Serve as an icebreaker in client communication, creating opportunities for deeper engagements.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to plan and implement strategies targeting diverse markets and segments.

    • Maintain activity logs in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and provide regular updates on lead generation efforts.

    • Analyze and report on outreach effectiveness, providing insights to refine future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B IT services.

  • Proven ability to engage with high-level executives and build professional relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools and strategies.

  • Experience working in US and EU markets is a strong advantage.

  • Willingness to travel to events and work flexible hours 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
