Our client is an innovative platform that enables hosts to create Digital Stores, monetize their content, and engage with audiences through paid events, videos, meetings, and live streams. We are looking for a Growth & Traffic Acquisition Manager to drive high-quality traffic to our platform through strategic marketing initiatives, affiliates, paid media, and partnerships.

As the Growth & Traffic Acquisition Manager,  you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, convert, and retain users. You will leverage affiliate networks, paid traffic sources, content partnerships, and growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. 

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years in traffic acquisition, growth marketing, affiliate/performance marketing, or digital advertising. 

  • Strong ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates. 

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, and other PPC channels. 

  • Proven ability to generate traffic through affiliates and strategic partners. 

  • Experience with viral loops, referral programs, and organic traffic strategies. 

  • Ability to negotiate deals, collaborate with partners, and optimize marketing funnels. 

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and affiliate tracking platforms. 


 

Responsibilities

 

Traffic Generation & Lead Acquisition:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive high-quality traffic to the company. 

- Optimize and scale affiliate marketing, paid advertising (PPC, social media, native ads), and influencer partnerships. 

- Explore new acquisition channels, including SEO, content marketing, and referral programs. 

 

Affiliate & Partner-Driven Growth:

- Identify and collaborate with high-performing affiliates, media partners, and influencers to generate traffic. 

- Manage performance-based partnerships and negotiate revenue-sharing deals. 

- Track and optimize affiliate-driven traffic for maximum ROI. 

 

Paid & Performance Marketing: 

- Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms. 

- Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and improve conversion rates. 

- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). 

 

Analytics & Conversion Optimization:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and LTV. 

- Use data-driven insights to optimize traffic sources, landing pages, and user journeys. 

- Implement growth hacking tactics to improve acquisition and engagement. 

 

Retention & Engagement Growth:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user retention through email marketing, retargeting, and loyalty programs. 

- Work closely with product teams to improve user experience and maximize engagement.
