Middle Magento 2 Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled  Magento 2  Backend developer to join our team. You will work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and the team leader to bring engaging and user-friendly e-commerce solutions to life. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop  Magento 2 projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to ensure functionality and user experience meet project requirements.

• Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration with various third-party systems and services.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end technologies, trends, and best practices within Magento and the broader e-commerce ecosystem.

• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve any back-end issues or bugs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Magento 2 development. 

• Magento/Adobe Commerce experience.

• Knowledge of e-commerce, payments, and distributed systems.

• Basic Java knowledge.

• Focus on quality, security, and observability (testing, logging, monitoring).

• Experienced in PHP, MySQL, Git, JavaScript, and REST API development.

• Experience with AWS is desirable.

• Strong communication, and teamwork skills. 

• The ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, familiarity with JIRA.

• Magento 2 certification  will be a plus. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Upper-intermediate English level.
