You'll be responsible for lead generation, building strong relationships, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

  • Represent GoInteractive with a deep understanding of our offerings

  • Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy aligned with the company's business plan

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

  • Meet with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing applicable solutions

  • Track and communicate key metrics and business trends related to partner relationships

  • Oversee the end-to-end process from lead generation to contract finalization

Requirements:

  • Related professional qualification

  • Established potential customer base or extensive contacts in various business domains worldwide

  • Successful experience as a sales manager in the Tech industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Proven customer relationship management experience with small/medium-sized companies and enterprise customers

  • Ability to drive the sales process from planning to close

  • Quick learner with a good understanding of the IT outstaffing services market and customer needs

  • Upper intermediate English level, both written and verbal

  • Location: USA, Canada, or Europe
