About the Team

You will join the Governance team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Governance Dashboard, the primary UI for reviewing, filtering, and acting on audited agent sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Session Catalog with searchable and browsable sessions and metadata.

  • Develop and maintain the Session Timeline View.

  • Build and enhance the Audit Log with a complete and filterable event history.

  • Develop the Escalation Queue supporting human-in-the-loop workflows and evidence capture.

  • Implement Reconstruction functionality for step-by-step session replay.

  • Develop Cross-Agent Correlation for multi-agent session tracing.

  • Build Configuration and Extensibility UI.

  • Implement governance-specific search and filtering across purpose, intent, agent, action, confidence, and other relevant attributes.

Requirements

  • Strong front-end engineering background.

  • Strong experience with React or an equivalent front-end framework.

  • Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and solid SQL skills.

  • Experience building data-dense, filterable dashboard UIs.

  • Security mindset and comfort working in fully audited environments.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with human-in-the-loop review or escalation workflows.

  • Experience visualizing multi-agent or session-based event data.

Location

  • Fully remote.

  • Candidates must be based in Europe.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
