Salesforce Developer (LWC & Apex)

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a German-speaking project for one of our clients. This is a fully remote opportunity for a developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, contributing to the development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions within an established project environment.

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Develop scalable and maintainable Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Support testing, deployment, and release activities.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.

• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong Apex development experience.

• Experience working with Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automation.

• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Strong communication skills.

• Fluent German (spoken and written) - Must have.

• Ability to participate in technical interviews conducted in German - Must have.

• Strong practical knowledge of both LWC and Apex (technical assessment will include both areas) - Must have.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.

• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
