GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join a 6-month project (with potential extension) focused on building and improving AI agents used in real business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform

• Integrate agents with data sources and business workflows

• Define prompts, conversation logic, and actions for LLM-based solutions

• Test, evaluate, and optimize AI agent performance

• Analyze GenAI outputs for quality, accuracy, and reliability

• Apply evaluation approaches and support continuous improvement of AI systems

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform

• Hands-on experience with conversational AI and LLM-based solutions

• Strong understanding of prompt design and agent behavior

• Experience with Python

• Experience with evaluating GenAI outputs or working with evaluation frameworks

• Analytical mindset and attention to details
