Senior SDR
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Development Representative for our client.
Our client provides data and AI solutions, helping medium to large enterprises turn fragmented data into a strategic asset. They design and deliver end-to-end solutions on modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, enabling unified data, predictive insights, and AI-driven analytics.
They combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder communication, working with C-level executives and technical teams, and act as a long-term partner delivering measurable outcomes and evolving solutions.
Requirements

4+ years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation.

Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+).

Proven ability to structure, scale, and optimize outreach operations.

Hands-on leadership and coaching experience.

Familiarity with B2B IT, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus.

Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the SDR team, including goal setting, 1:1s, feedback, and performance tracking.

Design and implement outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Oversee the full top-of-funnel process: prospect research, outreach, and lead qualification.

Analyze performance metrics, run retrospectives, and optimize outreach strategies.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategy, messaging, and target accounts.

Support process improvement, documentation, and adoption of best practices within the team.
