Siebel Developer

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join an enterprise-level project focused on development, integration, and support of complex Siebel-based systems. The role involves hands-on Siebel development, enterprise integrations, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated, large-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities 

Core Siebel Development:

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Siebel IP 15

• Work with Siebel Business Objects and Business Components

• Develop and configure Siebel Open UI components (applets, views)

• Implement and maintain Siebel Runtime Events

• Design, configure, and support Siebel Workflows

Siebel Enterprise Integration:

• Implement and support Siebel Enterprise Integration (EAI) solutions

• Work with EAI Siebel Adapter and Data Mappers

• Develop and support message-based integrations using EAI MQ Receiver

Integration & APIs:

• Develop and integrate Java Business Services

• Collaborate on API-based integrations within enterprise ecosystems

• Understand how APIs are exposed, consumed, versioned, and governed

• Work with or integrate into enterprise API registries

Infrastructure & Operations:

• Work with Siebel Server architecture and runtime components

• Use Server Manager (srvrmgr) for monitoring and operational tasks

• Understand Siebel components, tasks, and runtime behavior

• Operate in Linux-based environment

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Siebel IP 15

• Solid knowledge of Siebel Open UI, Siebel Runtime Events, Siebel Business Objects and Business Components, and Siebel Workflows

• Practical experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration (EAI), including EAI Siebel Adapter and Data Mappers, EAI MQ Receiver

• Good Java knowledge (development and integration level)

• Experience working with Java Business Services, enterprise API registries

• Basic understanding of information security principles

• Awareness of secure integrations, authentication, authorization, and data protection

• Experience working in enterprise-scale systems

• Exposure to Siebel Server architecture, Siebel components, tasks, and runtime behavior

• Hands-on experience with Server Manager (srvrmgr)

• Familiarity with Linux environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams

• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Nice to Have / Advantages:

• Experience in financial or banking systems (strong advantage)

• Familiarity with Apigee

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
