TM1 Developer

We are looking for a TM1 Developer who will be responsible for maintaining, adapting, and improving existing TM1 and SQL-based applications within a complex financial environment. The focus is on performance optimization, implementing new features, and ensuring system stability and compliance with new requirements.
Our client is a leading provider of Business Intelligence and data-driven solutions that helps companies transform data into valuable insights and measurable results. With over 300 experts, they deliver tailored services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, leveraging technologies like Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI to drive innovation and efficiency.

Start Date: January 2026.

Requirements Analysis:

• Gather, document, and align business requirements for ongoing system evolution

• Support backlog creation and prioritization of functional requirements

• Ensure functional documentation (business rules, use cases, domain models, etc.)

• Validate implemented functionality through structured testing

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, bug fixing, and adaptation of TM1 applications

• Technical design within existing architecture (component/service level)

• Interface design and integration with other internal systems

• Implementation of features, change requests, unit and component tests

• DevOps tasks (Azure DevOps, code reviews, build management, automation)

• Functional testing and operational improvement of TM1-based systems

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics

• Advanced SQL knowledge

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows

• Experience in financial or insurance environments is a plus

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
