Head of Cybersecurity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client’s cybersecurity initiatives. You will manage a small but growing unit, serving as a liaison between clients, CTO and technical teams. A balance of hands-on involvement and strategic management is expected.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, 2+ as a manager / team leader.

• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud solutions, Windows/Linux architecture.

• Practical experience with Fortinet, Azure Sentinel, EDR, DLP, Nessus or similar.

• Experience in implementing and supporting information security processes for fintech clients or high-risk environments.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, PCI DSS standards.

• English - fluent (oral and written).

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of engineers, analysts and information security consultants.

• Developing and implementing a strategy for protecting clients in the fintech segment.

• Project management: SOC, MDR, audit, compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA).

• Support and development of the technical stack: Fortinet, Sentinel, DLP, Cloudflare, Nessus, Forcepoint.

• Building and monitoring processes: incident management, hardening, endpoint/cloud protection.

• Interacting with clients on risk issues, audits, roadmap.

• Mentoring and participating in the hiring of new specialists.
   

Would be a plus:

• Certificates: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, ISO Lead Implementer.

• Experience in MSSP / consulting / startups.

• Knowledge of Red Team practices, threat modeling, attack simulation.
