Interviewer / Culture Fit Interview Specialist

Responsibilities

Conduct 15–30 minute video interviews to assess candidates’ cultural fit.

Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring all stages are tracked and organized.

Host 8–10 interviews per day.
- Represent the company professionally during interviews, maintaining a confident on-camera presence.
Requirements

Proven experience conducting interviews.

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

English at C2 level — near-native or native fluency.

Professional equipment setup: HD camera, quality microphone, good lighting, neat background.

Strong ability to follow established processes and guidelines.

Bi-weekly pay schedule, every other Friday, totaling 26 pay periods annually.
