Interviewer / Culture Fit Interview Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct 15–30 minute video interviews to assess candidates’ cultural fit.

• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring all stages are tracked and organized.

• Host 8–10 interviews per day.

• Represent the company professionally during interviews, maintaining a confident on-camera presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience conducting interviews.

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

• English at C2 level — near-native or native fluency.

• Professional equipment setup: HD camera, quality microphone, good lighting, neat background.

• Strong ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
