Lead SDR (Sales Development Team Lead)
GoInteractive focuses on providing IT offshore outstaffing (recruitment, payroll, accounting, equipment procurement, office space, operations) & IT outsourcing services. We provide high quality Client tailored management & operations.
Now we are looking for a high-performing Lead SDR to help us to sell our services in the US, Canada, Israel, EU markets (other regions are welcome too).
Role Mission
Build and lead a high-performing SDR team that delivers a steady pipeline of qualified leads to the Sales department.
Success Outcomes

Achieve or exceed team-wide KPIs for qualified intro calls.

Coach and mentor SDRs for higher productivity and campaign quality.

Continuously improve and scale outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, etc.).

Track key metrics, identify performance gaps, and develop plans for improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the SDR team: goal setting, performance monitoring, 1:1s, feedback.

Design and roll out messaging templates, outreach scripts, and new campaigns.

Oversee the full top-of-funnel process: research, outreach, qualification.

Analyze outreach performance data, run retrospectives, and test new tactics.

Launch personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on strategy and execution.
Requirements
-
4+ years of SDR / Lead Generation experience.

2+ years of leading SDR teams.

Confident English communication (Upper-Intermediate+).

Proven ability to structure and scale outreach operations.

Hands-on team leadership and coaching experience.
-
Background in B2B IT outsourcing or outstaffing is a plus.
