Senior Flutter Developer

Our client is a well-established HR tech company based in Germany, developing a digital platform that connects students and companies for flexible job opportunities. With over a decade of experience in the academic job market, the platform has supported thousands of successful placements and continues to grow rapidly.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join the student app team. In this role, you will work on enhancing and maintaining a high-performance mobile application used by thousands of students. You'll collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience and scalable architecture.
 

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

• Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Familiarity with native iOS/Android development.

• Knowledge of Flutter testing frameworks (integration and widget tests).

• Proven experience building and releasing mobile apps to the App Store and/or Google Play.

• Experience with Firebase services.

• At least upper intermediate  English level.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Redux or similar state management solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications with a focus on performance and reliability

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Maintain high standards of code quality and participate in code reviews

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
