Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Your main focus will be ensuring a seamless user experience, designing intuitive user interfaces, and contributing to the product's functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Primary purpose and function of this position:
This position is for Sr UI/UX Designer in the digital software development group , this role will help to establish perfect UIs experiences for our customer facing applications .
 

Responsibilities:

• Create pixel-perfect UIs for all states, flows, and scenarios, and deliver them to development.

• Work in collaboration with product managers, business, and developments groups
  Contribute to the vision and strategy of our applications design.

• Stay up to date with design trends and best design practices.

• Lead and take full ownership of the web and mobile UX UI
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and design systems

• Strong skills in UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards

• Experience designing and delivering for web and mobile applications

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to lead design initiatives and mentor others

• At least upper intermediate English

•  Experience with BI tools, data visualization, or dashboards - will  be a plus
