Responsibilities:

• You will be part of our Data Team and actively drive the development of a scalable data infrastructure.

• From requirements analysis to design, development, and maintenance, you will take responsibility for our data models.

• You will integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources, validate them, and derive relevant insights.

• You will create reports and dashboards that visualize key KPIs clearly and appropriately for the target audience.

• Through detailed analyses, you will help us better understand our business, processes, and customers.

• Based on your insights, you will develop actionable recommendations and advise internal stakeholders.

• As a central point of contact for data-related topics, you will work independently and closely with other departments.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar field.

• You work independently and proactively and are characterized by a quick grasp of complex topics.

• You have excellent SQL skills and basic knowledge of a procedural or object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or C).

• You are familiar with Snowflake, dbt, and Superset, and you have basic knowledge of git.

• You are confident and experienced with data visualization tools as well as with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar.

• You are a team player, strong communicator, and enjoy working in interdisciplinary structures.

• Very good German skills and good English skills (at least B1 level) complete your profile.
