About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of crafting intuitive, high-performance designs for our trading/fintech products. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user interface and experience design, usability research, and testing, ensuring seamless user journeys.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in trading or fintech projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, user research, and usability testing.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design execution.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user psychology.
Ability to confidently own projects, communicate design decisions, and advocate for users.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities
Design pixel-perfect UI with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
Create seamless user experiences by understanding user behavior and needs.
Conduct in-depth UX research and usability testing to enhance product performance.
Own the entire design lifecycle, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Utilize Figma as the primary design tool for collaboration and execution.
Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
Continuously refine and improve the product based on feedback and data.
Would be a plus
Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech applications.
Experience with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
