Tech Lead in Blockchain & Web3
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in Ethereum, Solana, and EVM-compatible blockchain development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in smart contract development, token creation, NFT collections, minting, and staking. Experience with Solana is preferred but not mandatory. This role requires leadership abilities to guide a team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative blockchain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers.

Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Solana, and EVM-compatible chains (e.g., Base).

Develop and implement token standards, NFT collections, and staking mechanisms.

Ensure the security and efficiency of smart contracts through audits and best practices.

Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create scalable blockchain solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest blockchain developments, particularly in Ethereum, Solana, and emerging Layer 2 solutions.

Optimize gas fees and enhance blockchain transaction efficiency.

Conduct technical reviews and guide the team on best development practices.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in blockchain development.

Strong expertise in Solidity and smart contract development.

Experience working with Ethereum, Solana, EVM-compatible blockchains, and Base.

Familiarity with Solana and Rust programming (preferred but not required).

Experience with NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155, SPL tokens) and fungible tokens (ERC-20, SPL tokens).

Knowledge of DeFi protocols, staking mechanisms, and on-chain governance.

Proven track record of deploying smart contracts in production.

Familiarity with blockchain security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
