THE VAULT
While many of our clients represent established businesses with years of competitive history, THE VAULT was an ambitious startup beginning in mid-2020 with a go-live date in early 2021. The world has adapted to the new realities since then but three years ago the COVID pandemic set unprecedented challenges to all spheres of life, including business. The mechanism of hiring remotely became increasingly urgent in a measure never given before for all parties: the candidates (particularly in the IT sphere), the employers from all over the world (large companies and small enterprises), and the staffing agencies. Having a decade of experience in employment worldwide, the creators of THE VAULT decided not only to launch another recruitment website like thousands before them but also a sophisticated job connection platform with an emphasis on verification, credibility, and talent acquisition within the shortest time frame.
When it comes to entrusting its project to Go Interactive and a team of Ukrainian professionals, it is important to note that our dedicated outsource team took on the project from Day 1, thus contributing to roadmapping the whole project, positioning it on the market, brand-building, competitive analysis, and budget planning. Accordingly, Go Interactive was delegated to turn the initial ‘we want to change the world’ idea into a Minimum Viable Product, operable and competitive. THE VAULT job connection platform was based on three key pillars: agencies/employers/candidates and their smooth and faith-worthy communication with the preservation of personal information of each side. Go Interactive has been helping tech companies to hire talents since 2010 and we acted on familiar ground.
On Go Interactive's side, the development team for THE VAULT included a) A Brand manager/business analyst; b) a Project Manager with experience in launching employment platforms; c) a Web designer; and d) Two software developers.
The technologies used: Python for the Backend and Vue.js Javascript library for the Frontend part.
The https://thevault.biz/ website as a converging point for the flow of communication between three targeted groups (staffing agencies/employers/candidates) with simple natively operable web design for both desktop and mobile platforms.
A fully-fledged authentication platform, created individually for each of the target audiences. During the sign-up stage, each of the user groups got sophisticated functionality to reveal or leave certain information unpublic.
A comprehensive operable Employer Section. It allows you to search for candidates with specific filters, save potential employees, and manage requested talents in your account. It is easy to navigate your desired or hired staff through the ‘My Vault’ section.
A multi-layered Agency Section. It allows trusted agencies to create and customize candidates’ profiles, manage them, and run communication with potential clients.
A communication ecosystem that allows to keep all business lettering in one place with an easy-to-use navigation system through the website, its databases, projects, and candidates.
Understandable review and rating system, which allows both employers and agencies to evaluate their business relations or encounters with each other.
