TRIPIUM is a team of travel specialists and family-oriented believers in creating vacation experiences. The company was originally founded in Branson, Missouri far from million-plus cities and oversaturated travel destinations. After years in the hospitality business, its founders made up their minds to create a harmonized ticketing service to unify all vacation activities for people who come to their city. In twenty-five years since the foundation of a pioneering ticket company, TRIPIUM has evolved into an intestate simple-to-use ecosystem for both hotel owners and families who seek leisure, sports, and vacation experience.

The story of cooperation between Tripium and Go Interactive is built on shared values of creating simple-to-use tools on an ongoing year-after-year basis. While the former was founded to provide a better travel experience in Branson, the latter has been helping Western companies build dedicated software development teams in Ukraine. In 2015 Tripium owners entrusted our hard-working Ukrainian team with a mission to help the company in upscaling its destination platform, Tripium’s flagship product in providing hotel owners, travel agencies, shows, tours, and campgrounds with a sophisticated marketing tool. What was born as a vacation service in Branson, a city of 12 000 people, was to be projected forward into the US market. An idea of an easy connection between travel and leisure suppliers and visitors has become a core destination of development. After several years of cooperation, Go Interactive’s team was entrusted to help to create a mainstream restaurant service.

Go Interactive was entrusted to invest its expertise into improving the UI/UX design of the existing products and creating new systems and tools: websites, internal systems, admin panels, as well as promotions and advertising.
In the course of eight years of cooperation, we developed and launched 40+ fully-featured websites for Tripium and its clients. Each platform has advanced functionality such as online orders, online payments, integration, etc.
Evidently, the most ambitious division is the Point of Sale (POS), a sophisticated and still easy-to-use website technology, which helps agents to deal with guests' vacations and bookings. Created for hotels and resorts, travel and leisure agencies, playgrounds, theaters, and guides, POS simplifies both providing information and schedules for clients and selling vacation services, tickets, and packages. The constant improvement of this platform is possible due to operating continuous feedback from thousands of service agents across the United States. Point of Sale system allows business owners to implement up-dated ticketing solutions without costly investments.
Vendor System is a parental system for managing the Point of Sale functionality, which serves as a kind of super admin tool to manage schedules, availability of services, allotments, and rate plans. This helps travel providers increase the level of service and profitability of their businesses.
Our dedicated development team also created software for the terminals, and locally used panels, which simplify people’s access to the services of leisure suppliers.
While developing easily integrated systems, Go Interactive provided integration with key services such as Priceline, Galaxy Connect, Clover, Get Your Guide, etc. as well as connection with payment systems such as Axia, Clover, and others. The list of integrated services is being constantly expanded.
A ukrainian team takes care of the full circle of the DevOps part, thus working with different server providers from Europe (Hetzner) to USA (AWS)
In addition to the existing and newly created platforms and tools, we help Tripium to conduct market research and reveal competitive decisions, launching new products.
