Once designated and registered, the critical infrastructure operator must comply with a set of obligations, including those related to cybersecurity.

In the context of growing cyber threats, this will allow Ukraine not only to protect its infrastructure but also to actively counter hostile actions, strengthening its national security as a whole.

Secondly, there is an initiative to create a unified cyber force command. Although Ukraine has units capable of conducting cyber operations, they lack clarity in their missions, operational tasks, and command structure.

The Action Plan calls for the development of a legal, organizational, and technological framework for the creation and use of cyber forces in wartime and conventional conditions. It is expected that the cyberforce command will be integrated into the structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
