Senior QA Automation Engineer

Our client is building a real-time, AI-native creative and optimization engine for programmatic advertising.
Our system generates creatives on the fly, analyzes every impression, and continuously evolves campaigns through live experimentation and AI-driven feedback loops.
We move fast, build intelligently, and rely on strong QA to maintain product quality across rapid development.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to build and own the company’s automated testing ecosystem.
This role requires deep hands-on automation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create structure in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with engineering, AI, and product teams to ensure stable, high-quality releases.
 

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation

• Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress

• Solid programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)

• Experience building automated UI + API test suites from scratch

• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and support rapid release cycles

• Excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

• Upper-Intermediate English.
   

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and scale automated UI tests (Playwright or Cypress)

• Build API regression suites for backend services

• Develop end-to-end automated tests that cover core product flows

• Create a systematic, repeatable QA strategy for fast-moving releases

• Implement test infrastructure in CI/CD pipelines

• Write clear, actionable bug reports with strong technical context

• Ensure test coverage across different applications

• Collaborate with engineers to improve product reliability and detect regressions early

• Establish quality standards, test plans, and documentation
   

Nice to have:

• Experience testing real-time systems, distributed systems, or event pipelines

• Background in AdTech, DSPs, or high-throughput systems

• Experience with performance testing or load testing

• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP/AWS)

• Understanding of API schemas, JSON validation, and service health checks
