About the Role

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and scale backend systems and APIs supporting e-commerce, data, andpersonalization at global scale.
Work hands-on with Magento 2, owning integrations and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs — clean, reliable, and fast.
Optimize data flow and architecture across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade features fast.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve complex problems under pressure — fast and effectively.
Push for engineering excellence — no shortcuts, no compromises, just results.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend development experience, including production-grade systems at scale.
Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 — custom modules, API integration, performance tuning.
Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with Git, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong English communication skills — written and spoken (Upper-intermediate level).
