RPA Developer

Our client is a young technology company from the center of Olomouc. They  create a better world for hotels by providing our clients in hospitality with comprehensive services creating AI agents  and digital workers.  

We are now looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer to join our client`s friendly team, who  will be responsible for the development and implementation of virtual robots in the UiPath  environment. You do not need to have industry experience, we'll teach you everything you need to  know. What's important is a willingness to learn new things and a love for technology. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement virtual robots

• Work with business analysts to define processes and discover opportunities for automation 

• Prepare process workflows and technical documentation 

• Use other technologies and integrate them with RPA (Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud  Infrastructure, OCR, ML, NLP) 

• Manage and prioritize individual projects  

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about technologies, has good written and verbal English 

• Has at least 2 years of experience with RPA technologies, has experience in developing and  testing applications in one of the leading RPA environments (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) 

• Has good organizational and communication skills, is independent, and can work in a team 

• Actively seeks solutions to problems and thinks one step ahead, is reliable 

• Experience with ReST APIs, knowledge of programming/scripting languages, or knowledge of  server administration is an advantage 

• Project management experience is an advantage 

Nice to Have: 

• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) 

• Experience with Power Automate/Power Platform 

• Familiarity with Azure services, Logic Apps, and cloud-based automation solutions 

• Knowledge of JavaScript and Python for scripting and automation integration 

• Exposure to other RPA platforms or tools 

• Experience with machine learning, AI, or intelligent automation
